Help me be more glam!

So I went out with (private) school mums the other day, fantastic night with lovely people but oh my, I felt so unglamorous!

I only know how to wear very light make up, have normal colour teeth, fairly shit clothes. No Botox etc. I just look so drab!

How can I improve this?

This might be a strange question, but: what are your eyebrows like?

imamearcat · 15/12/2021 23:21

Quite full, not that groomed but on the pic I'm looking at barely any difference from the other women.

Why on earth do you feel the need to point out they were private school mums?

Bogeyes · 15/12/2021 23:27

Are they orange with big lashes and mad eye brows? Have they got trout lips?

imamearcat · 15/12/2021 23:36

Just because I was shocked because they felt more glam than your average set of mums.

Not orange. Just groomed and glam! Very white teeth, lovely outfits and makeup

Meh. Just be you.

Sounds as though you are inspired to whiten your teeth and maybe go to a good hairdresser?

pastypirate · 15/12/2021 23:58

What were they wearing I'm fascinated

0DAAT · 16/12/2021 00:05

Start with hair. Cut and and possibly a few light. Then get a blowdry, or spend some time on it.
Figure out a style you like, then put the effort in to achieve it.
Without knowing your age, colouring, style it's hard to give detailed advice, but I'm very pale and like a little fake tan on my face in Winter. I use a Lancome one.
Grooming takes a little effort, but it's not rocket science

What's your budget OP?

There's potentially almost a limitless spend for things like this!
