Handbag interior

Random question - has anybody ever cut out part of the lining of one handbag and re-sewn it into another to give more side “pockets” for phone, mask, keys, paperwork etc? I’ve seen removable inserts but they just look too bulky. All ideas welcome, thanks!

Hello, why not get a handbag organiser? I use them in my more expensive handbags and they are brilliant.

If you measure the inside of your bag and have a look on Amazon or if you want to pay a little more you could have one made from a company such as handbag angels ?
