My husband made me the most beautiful pearl studs for my 30th bday (June). Really simple, but purple pearls. They're stunning, but quite heavy!

I have the Monica Vinader Huggies and pearls as linked above but in gold. I really like them, they make me feel smart when I wear them but not too formal.

I love mine - another one with no pics, but they were bought from a street market in Turin at 25 Euros a pair.
One pair is a proper Girl With A Pearl Earring teardrop and they weigh a ton, and I only ever wear them for re-enactments cos they hurt!
The other is one small baroque pearl on top of a bigger one so a sort of snowman shape. Those ones I love.

I've got some lovely Thomas Sabo ones that are probably over 10 years old, similar to these...

I only have some cheap M&S pearl studs, got a set of 4 different colours for about eight quid but I love them.

The two Tiffany pairs posted above are gorgeous, I wish I had the budget for them

I had this seller on Etsy make me a custom pair of these earrings with gold 15mm hoops. They are beautiful and look much more expensive than they really were. They are freshwater 'baroque' pearls so an irregular shape but the jeweller did an excellent job of finding a good match for the pair. If you want perfectly spherical pearls you will need to pay a lot more or go faux.

I love mine though I don't wear them that often if I'm honest, mine were bought for me a few years ago by my parents as a 30th birthday present.
