Aftershave recommendations - HELP!

My husband has floated that he'd like to start wearing Aftershave. I'm all for this, so thought I'd buy some for Christmas but I don't have any shops near me that I can go test some, and I have an 8 month old I really don't want to have to lug 40 mins into town just to find a department store. Can anyone recommend something nice? I guess something earthy/woody ideal, but I doubt he's fussy and I'm certainly not!

My husband has so many aftershaves and seems to like earthy scents too. My two favourites of his are Dior Sauvage, which I've also caught a whiff of on other people and always think it smells lovely.
I also bought him Molten Brown Black Pepper last year and always think it smells lovely on him.

The best idea is to get him a selection of testers and perhaps offer to buy a full bottle of the one he likes best. The Perfume Society does a couple of these and I've had a few myself in the past. perfumesociety.org/product/suave-scents-discovery-box/

L'Occitane Cedrat is lovely as is Chanel Bleu

I think that Chanel Bleu is quite nice.

Moschino is lovely...the bottle is a black teddy bear xx

Issey Miyake Wood and Wood is fresh but earthy.

Most John Lewis stock it if you want a sniff.

I agree with the 1st poster, I like Sauvage, Molten brown black pepper and also Ralph Laren Blue Polo.

Another vote for Dior Sauvage

There are so many great aftershaves around at the moment!
I really love Boss's fragrances, as well as Dior Sauvage, Chanel Bleu and YSL Y. Paco Robanne's new one in a robot bottle is brilliant too
