If I remember correctly, it says to apply to wet hair (I haven’t purchased the dye yet) but just wondered if anyone has tried applying it to dry hair and if the results were the same? - I just think it’ll be easier as I’ll only going to be doing the root area.

I think you can just dampen the hair

I apply it to dry hair. I think that's what instructions say but maybe I should check! Anyway it works fine for me on dry hair.

Years ago it definitely said to apply to dry hair and at some point it changed. Not sure at what point I re-read the instructions and started following the new guidance but it didn't to me any harm using the "old" method...
