Perfect length for me. Infact all my dresses are that length.

I would shorten it a bit, and lower the neckline for evening wear.I am always cutting up and altering a potentially nice looking dress to suit my own style.

Something to ponder. If it was a scoop neck I would be happier and also shorter. Definitely not a stealth thingy. I bought it to wear to work (at school) but when I put it on I felt ridiculous.

Try some stompy boots on with it. It doesn’t quite look right in bare feet but you won’t be going out like that!

I agree it drowns you, and though of course you look lovely (as everyone else has said!) - anyone with a body like yours could pull off most outfits, but there are far more flattering fits available so you will rarely wear this making it a waste of money. Send it back or sell it on.

I think you've got an amazing figure and you look lovely, but I don't think it does much for you, I'm sure there are far more fabulous dresses out there for you to wear. It just looks a bit 'boring' on you

Cos I'm an eejit who exceeded the returns date. I appreciate all the positive comments, but I agree with the poster who says it's not the best thing for my shape. There is a lot of fabric around the hips and it doesn't feel quite right for me. But I do appreciate all the lovely comments.
