New coat that I ordered from passenger clothing has arrived. It comes packed tightly in a pouch that zips back into the coat. Well it looks like it's been scrunched up in that pouch for several years. It's really really creased. I like the coat otherwise, but if it's going to stay this creased I don't think I want to keep it.
How can I sort it? It can't be ironed or tumble dried.
This is it on the site. It does actually look a bit creased on the model but not as bad as the one I've been sent.
