Vila - is this normal?

Has anyone ever bought anything from Vila? I’m just wondering because I ordered something 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I know it’s coming from mainland Europe but is this normal? When clicking in the tracking it just says ‘your parcel doesn’t exist’ yet my parcel has apparently been dispatched.

Tried to contact their customer service but its all automated/bots and I can’t seem to get through to a human.

Anyone ordered from them recently and having a long wait/order issues?

Ugh just got this in the bot chat. Well yes it’s been more than 5 days but what do they mean ‘reply to email’ I don’t have an email and I just replied to this in the chat and I got ‘thanks for the feedback’ 😐

Why is customer service so shit these days? I just want an email or phone number where I can speak to someone. 😖

Have you tried tracking it via parcelsapp.com? You can enter in any tracking number and it gives you all the details. Possibly dodgy from a privacy perspective but very handy.

Also I think they sell vila on zalando, so that might be easier for future purchases!

I buy Vila bits from Cara online from time to time. No help at the moment, but might be useful for the future.

Cara is a small chain based in the South East with physical stores and an online shop.

I’ve emailed them now but in future I think I’ll buy their clothes from a third party. I’ve noticed ASOS sell their clothes too. I know it’s Europe and near Christmas but everything else has come on time and it’s more the lack of contact/ability to get hold of anyone that’s annoying.

Unfortunately there’s been a lot of delays at customs - I ordered something that was sent from France - it sat at customs for three weeks before I told them to cancel my order and refund me. They did - I tracked the parcel and it’s still there several weeks later. You can ask for a cancellation of an order if isn’t delivered in a ‘reasonable’ amount of time - it might be worth doing that.
