Tret and spf

A question for the beauty experts… I use tret a few times a week, airol 0,05, from Greece. Since I’ve started using it a year or so ago I’ve religiously used spf50 everyday. I wondered though if at this time of year (Dec to feb) it is necessary? Especially when in work for the day and not really seeing any daylight?

Yep, year round SPF, says as much in the patient leaflet.

Why would you risk it? Using actives on your skin to look younger/better, then undoing it all by being lax about sunscreen makes absolutely no sense.

Yes I would. Only on days I don't go outside do I skip it but thinking I need a cream to protect from screens.

I do - it's just part of my routine now I don't find it hard to add in
