Shaping tights

Can anyone recommend any very black but very controlling shapewear tights please? I'm 5"10 and size 14-16. I'm trying to find some tights that are completely opaque but also feel like they will hold my tummy in a bit, or at least smooth out my silhouette under my dress. Thanks

I'm surprised no one has mentioned snag tights so I will do it. They are not branded as control tights but they do smooth out as they come up right to my bra and a have a silky finish.

I find getting a good fit with body shaping tights is tricky with a tendency to roll down at the waist band or suck in and create a sausage effect.

M&S. I know that snag are v body positive trendy at the moment because they do sizes all the way up to morbidly obese, but they look rubbish as the are opaque around the ankles and the denier slowly lessens up the legs until the thighs are sheer.

Thanks for the M&S recommendation. I've been looking at snag and they only do up to 120 denier, I ideally want about 200 as I don't want any sheerness (but I also don't want wool).
I just want to feel "held in" and smoothed out if that makes sense haha.

I always size up in tights to help prevent the sheerness

H&M have amazing 200 denier control-top tights.
