Is this a good outfit for a work Christmas party?

According to my 4 year old it’s horrible. But then I don’t fancy going dressed as Elsa…

FWIW I look nothing like the model… 5ft 3, size 8 (10 on bottom), red hair.

I haven’t been out out in so long, I’ve forgotten how to dress.

I think it’s really nice and will go well with your red hair. It’s probably too dark from 4 years old pov and of course very far from Elsa.

It's great

It's cool but it's not very formal. Depends on your workplace culture I guess. My old workplace (city) was super fashion-forward and glamourous. New workplace (island country) is jandals and shorts to every event!

The top is nice but I don’t like the trousers at all. If you are only 5ft3 they may sit in an awkward place on you - definitely not cropped

I'd do that top with black skinny jeans and high heels but then I'm not the height of fashion.

I love the top. I like the trousers too but don't know that they would work with your height. What about a little skirt?
