I need a perfume taster / selection box, does it exist?

How do people choose a new perfume? I'm very rural and poorly so can't go into a department store and browse. I'd like a box of different perfumes to try before I buy (like loads of little samples). Does this exist and if so, where?!

I got a sample box from Fiole

You do a short questionnaire and they find your scent profile from this which I was v dubious about. They then send five samples but I loved every single one!!
The price you pay for the scent box is given in a voucher toward your chosen bottle. They're all independentish brands and on the pricier side but I love having a perfume no one has heard of

Jo Loves is Jo Malones new brand. You can get a sample box of all the fragrances. It's expensive but it comes with a code to redeem against a full size product when you find a favourite.

Eden (dupes) do a box of samples , either a set or you can choose your own ( Cruelty Free ).
Got some for me that I just pick one and spray , and a couple of the mens for DS

I biught a Floral Stree small spray (Electric Rhubarb) again Cruelty Free .
Smells very sweet on me .

I was going to post this too! You get between 12 to 15 samples with ‘tasting notes’ and then you redeem the voucher to have your favourite delivered.
It was one of my best ever Christmas presents from my DH.

You can get great sample boxes from Sylvain Delacourt - six in each from the Musk, Vanilla and Orange Blossom collections
Les Senteurs will do you samples but you can only order 4 at a time
4169 Tuesdays sell samples of all their scents, in sets or you can just choose what you like
A lot of independent perfumers like Andy Tauer and Sarah Baker do sample sets too
Fragrance samples UK is a good website too, particularly for some of the more popular 'cult' scents - Frédéric malle, escentual molecule, creed etc

I've used a couple of American ones this year. Imaginary Authors being one and Surrender to Chance being another. Surrender to Chance was much vaunted on a great, long running perfume thread on here a few years ago. Lovely, unusual scents styles to choose from. Rare treat for me because postage.

Those Penhaligon ones looks nice. Which box is best?

Last year it was named the scent Library, this year it's named hearts and humbugs. But the samples are the same as previously, just one has been substituted (now it's The Favourite).

I’d recommend the Penhaligons as it’s not too expensive for the mini sets. The 2ml samples aren’t too tiny but the other slightly bigger ones are better.

Bloom perfumery is great, they sell lots of different sample packs, you can filter down by type or family. I've had some winning discoveries from there. They are also really helpful if you give them a call.

I always buy sample boxes, rarely buy bottles of perfume. The molecule one at PS was my favourite for a while but I recently bought this and for the first time in ages have actually bought a big bottle of perfume - the signature one, I love it.

How many samples do you get in the box though?
