A-line maxi skirt

As per my thread title! I got this idea in my head that I could do the round of Christmas parties this year in a long skirt with a silk top/sparkly cardy combo. But as per usual, when I have a very specific idea about what I want, it doesn't seem to exist anywhere! I've been round loads of shops today, plus looked online, all to no avail. So my ideal description is:
A-line
Ankle length
Heavyish fabric like wool or jacquard
Not clingy
No splits
Plain block colour (preferably dark green or red)

I'm a short size 16 with all my weight in my thighs and hips so I definitely don't want any of the bodycon stuff, and I also have chunky calves so those midaxi type things that finish somewhere around your shins are also out. I don't mind spending up to £150 for the right skirt.

Places I've already tried: Next, M&S, John Lewis, Ted Baker, Reiss, Joseph, Monsoon, H&M, White Stuff, Hobbs, Mint Velvet... probably others that I've forgotten! Please help!

I never even thought of Etsy. I don't really like the royal blue and it's too clingy on even the model's hips, but I love the second one. Thank you!

When I want something like this, I trawl eBay. I do well for skirts there.

I hate the proliferation of bunched up, chunky elastic waistbands that are everywhere right now, make everyone look like they have a crinkley spare tire and rule out wearing anything elegant with them. This is one of the only skirts at the moment with a flattering, flat waistband.

Thanks for all the suggestions - I ended up finding a coffee-coloured lurex thingy on the Fenwick's website which was reduced to just under my budget and the only one left was in my size. So it felt like it was meant to be! I just hope it looks alright on me and I wasn't swayed by the sparkle...
