I posted this pic a couple of weeks ago asking for help on how to achieve this look - have had some success with some tongs but as Christmas is coming up I thought I'd ask for something new.

I'm pretty certain I want either this 25mm or this 38mm Beauty Works wand, but I'm dithering over which one. My hair is layered and almost to bra strap length. My gut is telling me the bigger one but thought I'd canvass opinions first!

(also happy to hear any reviews or recommendations for others)

Ooh following

The bigger the styler the bigger the wave. Personally I like the larger barrel type wave. The smaller one will give more of a ringlet than wave, then you'll have to rely on brushing them out.

Kippersfortea · 03/12/2021 09:10

I would go for the bigger barrel.

Do you have layers like that cut in your hair?

Bobsyer · 03/12/2021 14:19

@Kippersfortea yep. It’s a little bit shorter but not noticeably so.

I think I’ll go for the bigger barrel. @Jiggy16 advice from my other thread was to alternate the way the curls go which I think should work!
