Tights or bare leg?

I’m never normally a Next fan but saw this and loved it. It’s for a Christmas Eve meal out.

That fatface dress is lovely. I've just ordered it to wear for New Years Eve as we are hosting some friends. I much prefer a shorter sleeve!

I'm going out but I never wear dresses.
Coated leggings and a mint velvet long shirt in their usual black/ grey mix

@IamChipmunk yay! I bought it in the shop and it looked like nothing on the hanger but I loved it once I tried it on. I have bigger boobs and find the sleeve length very flattering.

I like it because it looks comfy and not too dressy but the bit of sparkle makes it dressy enough for a nice occasion!
I prefer shorter sleeves as I get hot cooking! That dress shape is flattering as I have a small waist and big bum!
I've not had anything from fatface before so hope the sizing will be ok. Ive ordered a 10.

I've bought a gorgeous blazer wrap style sequinny dress which ties at the side in a sort of gunmetal colour from Tesco.

It looks like something from Hobbs/Karen Millen or Mint Velvet but was £25 - I'm so pleased with it it's absolutely stunning on.

If anyone is looking for a real showstopper style dress have a look at it - I sized down from my usual 16/18 to a 14 as it's really stretchy.

I've attached a pic of it, sorry it's been on a bag so a bit creased but it's sooo Koch better in real life I promise 😍

I don't know about tights or bare legs. Was maybe thinking gold glitter tights? Anyone seen any.

I think I'll wear this one with black, leather, lace up boots and black tights. Long navy, wool coat over the top for walk.

@Wagsandclaws I saw that dress today! It looked v short though - what are you wearing it with? Was thinking about buying it but could not work out what to wear it with!

It's not that shirt when on, I'm a long bodied 5.5 and it's just above the knee.

I'll style it with some merino wool tights I got from m and s autograph range and some black kitten heeled Hobbs boots - it would look amazing with bare legs and barely there sandals too but hey, it is winter 🥶 🤣

@eclipsechips where is that jumpsuit from? It's gorgeous and I'm a sucker for green velvet 😍

It's ok I found it - new look curves range but there are only two left and both in a size 32 - not surprised though as it's very pretty!
