Look Fantastic - Customer Service

Help! Does anybody have a tried and tested way to get through to Look Fantastic customer service!
I received half an order yesterday, along with an email to say my order is now delivered.
Tried their messenger function and messaging on Instagram. Short of getting a Twitter account and tweeting them any ideas what I could do?

The only time I had a problem i just contacted them through their website iirc. They are brilliant. I'm sure once they get to your message you won't have a problem.

Good luck they are really bad. I had issues with them losing a package. All I got was cut and paste responses and eventually had to do a charge back through my bank. The Hut Group is awful.

After waiting 24 hours for a response to my first message, within minutes of posting this I had a response!

Their customer service is absolutely appalling. The only way I managed to get an issue resolved was through repeated and frequent tweets, including replying to tweets from other disgruntled customers. You need to be persistent and public with your complaints.

When something goes wrong they're horrific. Customer service is basically non-existent. Best bet is to hound them on their Facebook page.

Came along with a seemingly helpful message, then have disappeared again!

I had a small issue and they resolved it immediately via whatsapp. I found them to be excellent! There's a business whatsapp number you can contact them on.

Totally shocking customer service. DH ordered a lot of presents for me last Christmas, none of them arrived but we couldn't get anywhere with customer service at all.

Last year I had a dreadful time with their customer service. It took me two months and regular naming and shaming on Instagram and Twitter quoting my legal rights before I got a satisfactory conclusion. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I'm overseas they sent my order to Seoul. I live thousands of miles away from S. Korea. My package was tracked and insured this meant nothing. They advised I call customs to get my package back or they would wait until it got returned back to them. It took several months to get refunded through the bank.

Now The Hut Group have bought Cult Beauty there are a lot more complaints about customer service. They just don't care.

Good luck with that. I ordered once - never again.
