I would be grateful for some recommendations for industrial strength waterproof mascara that might survive through my darling mum's funeral.
Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your Mum. The best waterproof mascara I've tried is the Aldi Lacura Too Legit mascara, you can get it online. I swim everyday and I normally try and remember to remove my mascara but sometimes forget so was permanently on the look out for actually waterproof stuff. I have spent a fortune on all sorts of expensive and inexpensive brands but this is the only stuff I've tried that does not budge.

Its the waterproof version - they have an ordinary version as well.

I'm so sorry.Thanks

Estée Lauder Double Wear has seen me through several funerals sadly. Especially when finished with a good covering of Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray (fixes all your make up, lasts all day).

Lancolm hypnose in waterproof version. Nothing shifts that stuff.
Sorry to hear about your mum 🥲

So sorry to hear about your Mum Thanks

Clinique lash power is waterproof and smudge proof and I can even rub my eyes while I'm wearing it.

Best of all it washes off with normal cleanser and facecloth. You don't need eye makeup remover.

Thank you so much for your recommendations. I will have a look later in the week and make a choice, also for your kind comments on the loss of my mum.

Clinique lash power is waterproof, quite subtle/understated and easy to remove - it's the one I'd recommend.

I'm really sorry for your loss Flowers

ThanksI'm sorry you've lost your Mum.

I recommend Collection Lash Surge. It's a Lancôme Hypnose dupe. Is as cheap as chips but an excellent product.

moonriverandme · 01/12/2021 09:24

Thank you everyone.

I bought Collection for the exact same reason last year and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is
