Ankle boots for a night out

I'm looking for a pair of ankle or possibly mid-calf boots for a night out.

I'll be wearing skinny black jeans or coated jeggings with a nice top - or possibly a dress.

Flat or very low heel - haven't worn heels since before lockdown and happy to keep it that way!

Any recommendations - or sales - much appreciated. Thanks :)

evilharpy I think I'd like the height of them on the leg too.

I tend to do a daytime kind of dress then add some sparkly jewelery & sparkly/patterned or something boots!

of tea I know but I love them and I can guarantee every time I wear them someone asks where they are from.

I love those Elzbells. I recently got some with some studs like that all around the edges of the boot but they didn't fit properly.

I'd say those are Black with a silver toe & silver straps. I guess they just hang there unless they are long enough to put in a bow? I can't make my mind up if it would like nice just hanging or get on my nervesGrin

Mine are just cheap ones from ebay, they will be worn for a night out or a date soon. I'm optimistic Grin

They're great! They look easy to wear, but a bit of sparkle to show you made an effort!

Yeah, I can't make my mind up about those strappy bits either!

I've got these. Not everyone's cup of tea I know but I love them and I can guarantee every time I wear them someone asks where they are from.
I think they're great, but they're so different from what I usually wear, I'm not sure I could pull it off!

What about black suede boots with a block heel like:

There’s loads about in all different heel heights. I like the taller ones as I can wear straight or wide leg trousers and they keep me warm ☺️

Definitely no block heel. I'm off heels.

I don’t blame you I have low block heels now or flats, can’t walk in anything else.

I found the silver ones, but they’ve got a western heel so too much:

I'm being haunted by boots wherever I go! Damn you, marketing algorithms!!

I was just trying to catch up on Dr Harrop's suspension for misogyny and being an arrogant arse, and this is what my internet looks like!

I mean, one or two boots in a polite side bar, fair enough, but this is taking the piss! Hmm Grin

Not sure I'm much nearer, I must have looked at literally 1,000s of boots! Am I looking for an elusive boot that doesn't actually exist, I wonder?! I can't wear an imagination of a boot, though, I need to actually choose something, ideally tonight. Hmmm....

I like them too. I dithered too long though and the sale's ended, waaah!!! I've found them on another site for half price but they don't guarantee delivery in time. I might get them for another time anyway, maybe... (Not that I have much of a social life these days!)

Tesco have some really nice flat ankle boots in at the moment, can’t link as they’re not online anymore but worth a look if you’re passing
