Something like TOAST

I recently discovered TOAST, it's my perfect shop! But it's too pricey for me. Anyone know similar shops that are less pricey. I don't mind paying £70 for a chunky knot cardi but can't do £150-£200 for it!

I would say it's worth looking at plainer offerings in Seasalt- denim dresses and cord clothing. I think Community Clothing is often recommended - I haven't bought anything there but the website looks promising. If you can sew the merchant and mills patterns are very toast- like; especially the Eve trousers.
A lot of toast is a bit over- priced for the quality in my opinion. Though I recently bought a lace knit tank, which I love. Bosie have similar knits and are slightly more reasonable. Or try Brora, at the second tranche of the sale.
I buy a lot of Toast footwear, but it might be cheaper buying direct from Solovair for some styles.

For dresses- Kin at John Lewis can have similar.

Cos can be a good hunting ground and uses similar fabrics and oversized cuts (poplin, linen, cashmere, cord and denim) at cheaper prices. It doesn't have the beautiful patterns/craft look but has good matches for the plainer utility side of Toast.

I second COS and Kin (John Lewis), and also maybe Olive? www.oliveclothing.com/new/

Toast has an archive sale at the moment.
