Voluminous products for fine hair

What do you use?
I've tried a few lot, I always seem to end up with itchy scalp or greasy hair.
My hairdresser uses Redken, recently Windswept ( just hairspray?) and jelly blow out which seemed OK but not cheap if I don't get on with them.
Recommendations or ones to avoid?

I really like bedhead products, this is quite good!

Thanks! My DD uses Bedhead shampoo and I do steal when mine runs out.
