I just love it. Black satin with blue image on it. Does anyone know where it is from as I am after something that looks like that or similar

Here's how you can get the look for less...'. You have to scroll quite far down but they often do tell you. Might be worth a shot?

I think it might be by Maria Grachvogel. I have seen Emma Thompson wearing clothes by her in the past. It’s hard to see the dress in the images online though.
