Help me find a Classic Tan tote bag

M & S are inexpensive but more orange than tan.

Fairfax and favour have two styles available in tan ,one has plaited handles but I am not sure they will stand up to every day use.

Can anyone recommend a stylish tan leather tote bag please?

Squishy or structured?

Staud are my new fave but they are quite “architectural” so depends if you like that or not.

I don’t have a fairfax bag but their reputation is pretty good.

Mulberry Bayswater Tote, I don’t think you can get more classic than that. Longchamp have a zipped version for half the price though if looking to spend a little less

Aspinal of London also have a classic leather tote with a zip. I think the Fairfax and favor ones might be suede, could be wrong though.

It depends on your budget but I bought a relatively inexpensive one from Ollie and Nic a few years ago. Funnily enough they were recommended on here and I snapped up a bargain in the sales. My one is similar to
this tote but mine has a cross body strap as well.

@Defiantly41 I absolutely love the RL bag for a structured bag.
I might need two, Maybe a less structured bag to wear with jeans and tan boots and big enough for small items of shopping.

I have tan mulberry in a different style but it's so heavy I often pass it to my DH to carry maybe I should sell and out the money towards a lighter bag.

The zipped regent tote is my personal favourite there. They are excellent quality bags

Definitely sell and use the money for another if you don’t use it. The Mulberry tote isn’t heavy like the traditional Bayswater, it’s a basic leather tote with suede interior and inner pouch
