Any advice for large pores

I seem to have huge pores on my nose, and unless I squeeze them every week or so I get proper blackheads. The amount of green gunk that comes out is revolting. It's like watching a sporner video.
It's really depressing, and I'm running out of ideas (and money) and my nose is sore.
I use Simple facewash and light moisturiser because I have rosacea on my cheeks and chin. Salicylic acid just on my T-zone in the evening- my skin has just stopped purging from it and is looking very good apart from the pores. I've just bought a pore blurring balm. I wear primer and then just some light foundation and powder, not every day.
Any help please!

Maybe niacinamide?

I’ve mild rosacea and my GP put me on antibiotics for eight weeks. The whole pore/gunk thing cleared up.

Mine fill up too, when I look in a magifying mirror I can feel so at a loss for what to do.

I used The Ordinary products for a bit and they helped massively to be fair, but within days of stopping I was back to square one.

I’m off the antibiotics now and it’s creeping back. So I’ll probably go back to my GP again.

My pores have got worse as I've got older. I use the Superdrug exfoliating pads, and when I remember Clarins double serum, which in a review has been credited with making the pores appear smaller. Very pricey though, DH gets me it for Christmas. I have used pore filling primers before, but unsure if they actually might block the pores and make the situation worse.
