Help me find my perfect berry lipstick please

Hi MN, hopefully some S&B experts on here can help me!
When I got married quite (ahem) a while ago a lovely lady did my makeup - I've never had it done before or since, so as you can probably tell makeup is really not my specialist subject and this board is not my natural home!
She recommended L'Oréal invincible 520 lipstick in Forever Berry/ Mauve Infini.
Did indeed really suit me, loved it and wore it for years with various different lip glosses over the top to slightly change the shade as required. Then it got discontinued could still get it on ebay for a while, but not for the last couple of years.

So now I am desperate to find a good dupe - ordered a couple on spec in online in lockdown as no chance of testers any more - L'Oréal Color Riche 349 Paris Cherry (too deep dark red) and 258 Berry Blush (too pink and sparkly!)
Any suggestions of a colour pretty much halfway between these two that might fit the bill and not cost a fortune? Please?

Try Mac Mehr it's lovey or Soar for a bit darker

I can't make a specific recommendation as I'm still mourning the discontinuation of my perfect Berry colour from Prescriptives. But I have found both Mac and Clarins websites' use of the virtual tester surprisingly good. I have Mac's Plum Dandy which I love but suspect it's a bit too soft coloured for you but you can play around with options on there to find one that is probably right.

I use Mac Brick-o-La, a lovely berry that’s a ‘my lips but better’. It’s a cream finish so not especially long-lasting, which is the only down fall. 20% off today too! Might just take a look at Plum Dandy and Mehr…

My ultimate favourite is Charlotte Tilbury Walk of no Shame.

I think both the Plum Dandy and the Mehr are a teeny bit too pink, but the Twig one might be perfect. The Mac ones aren't super cheap so I really don't want to end up with another one that I won't wear!
Just remembered I did have a Black Honey mini lipstick (I used it up, so it must have been about the right colour!) but I never bought a full-sized one as it was too pricy for something that tbh wasn't really lipsticky enough, iyswim.
Charlotte Tilbury is similarly £££, just can't quite bring myself to spend that on a lipstick!

The dark side looks quite berry-like? too much for me. I'm all about neutral pinks or the occasional proper red! :)

I love a berry lipstick and have a few. Do any of these look like what you want?

What are the 2 on the right of your pic? They are probably more what I'm looking for. I think the ones on the left are too dark, they look a bit like my cherry one on the right here.
Attached a not v good pic of the L'Oréal ones, neither of which are quite right (too red/too pink) - I'm after something in between, a bit more pinky-brown I suppose.

M&S Autograph Matte Lipstick in Berry was closest fit. Very flattering shade.

there's also a really good Charlotte Tilsbury one named after Salma Hayek, which I can't find at the moment
