Non-drying lipstick

Can anyone please recommend a good non-drying lipstick please? Not a liquid one.
I currently use Clinique Dramatically Different no 32 Wine and Dine but even that is drying my lips right now.

Chanel Rouge Coco Flash is good. It’s like a balm but has good colour intensity.
