Has anyone tried this? Do you rate it?

I’m an absolute sucker for advertising and saw Emilia Clarke promoting this on Instagram. She would look gorgeous with mud smeared on her lips but seriously made this look lovely.

If they haven't changed it then I would definitely rate it - I had a rummage after seeing it mentioned on a nostalgic thread here a few weeks ago, found an old one of mine and it's really lovely. God alone knows how long I've had it

I know it won't suit every single person on earth (and I was a Rimmel Black Cherries fan, which I would still rate just above this) but it's easy to wear for most, I think .

I was also a rimmel black cherries fan 😂 I think the Clinique would suit my colouring, I was just keen to hear if it’s any use, so I’m glad you rate it! Seems to be sold out everywhere here (not UK) so I will have to wait.

Burts Bees Red Dahlia tinted balm is similar and great.

Black Honey has been around forever. I think they stopped producing it years ago but bought it back as it was so popular. It's a flattering shade on many people.

It’s very sheer - nothing like Rimmel black cherries (of which I was also a fan!). It gives a pale red sheen on my lips. I have v dark brown hair, blue eyes and relatively pale skin. I do like it and it’s nice for a more natural look,

She promotes it because they pay her, not necessarily because she thinks it’s good.

I wore it YEARS ago and loved it. Might need to revisit it and see if it suits me still.

I love it but it’s been out of stock for ages. Think they stopped it (only online in sheer versions for a while) but now back with waiting lists.

Gosh I haven't used this for ages. It's very thin the formula so quite sheer but it never looked right on me as it highlighted the texture/wrinkles on my lips. A creamier formula works better for me. The colour is lovely though and would suit anyone.

I bought it a few weeks ago as it was trending on tiktok- it’s very sheer and doesn’t last long but looks great, I think it would suit all colourings. It’s A bit more like a coloured balm than a lipstick.

The gift set is on the UK Clinique website and is reduced for Black Friday/Xmas offer to under £30 - cheaper than the Fenwick one.
