Does anyone have one and if so, how does it compare to GHDs? I can see old threads about them but they might have changed the model/temperature since then. My daughter would like one for Christmas but wondered if they're much good before she makes her decision. Tia

I love mine😀
I have really thick hair and it straightens much better than Ghds. The steam seems to calm my hair and is less damaging.

Hope this helps

The hairdresser sometimes uses it on my hair, seems very good.

I have had one for about 2 years. I set it to 180 and don't need to straighten again for two or even three days.

I'm sure I could iron clothes with it.

The only drawback is that I can never manage to fit them back into their case.

Thanks everyone 👍🏻

They are the best. Beat standard ceramics (including GHDs) hands down if you have long thick hair that is prone to frizz.

They aren't so good for short hair though as the top of them is bulky and it's hard to get it really close to your head. You also need to make sure you really wash your hair thoroughly and dry it completely before you use them.

Thanks everyone I'll order some for her, sounds like most people are pleased with them Smile

I’ve just ordered one after reading a discussion on here a few weeks back - hadn’t heard of it before that and tried just about everything for my frizzy hair. Got a bargain on EBay for £100, brand new in box (unwanted gift, apparently).

Hoping I’ve not been duped but the seller looked reputable so fingers crossed.

They are generally about £200 but you may get a Black Friday deal this weekend🙂
