Ordered my DD a pair of earrings for her 18th after seeing above recommended on numerous threads here. Ordered last Wednesday, her birthday is Saturday.

What I hadn’t realised is that they are based in Denmark, and after an expensive international call to their customer services just been told they probably won’t arrive until next week, with hall marking in Netherlands then more shipping.

You didn’t notice that when you put items in your basket there was a big drop down box where you chose “ Shipping from the United Kingdom” .

Or on their shipping page where it talks about last posting dates , Brexit, customs and says clearly “ all orders shipped from Denmark “.

And under “ your details “ it says Items shipped to the Uk. And delivery is 4-11 days for items in stock .

Why do you think their phone number starts with +45?

I think you are being very unfair. It isn’t George’ Jensen’s fault you didn’t read the order form properly. Ordering anything from Europe is a customs nightmare.

I can't believe you didn't notice the shipping etc.

There are UK stockists if you look around.

What are you actually 'warning' us about?

There was no drop down menu as it was already self selected for U.K.

Ordered last Wednesday and not even shipped yet, so will be way longer than the 7-11 days they state.

I m warning people not to buy from this site unless they are are aware it will take several weeks to arrive.

You can buy Georg Jensen items from UK jewellers. I bought some items from these people when I discovered the difficulties in using the main web site. I've linked to a pair of earrings as it shows they have some items available for next day delivery.

Georg Jensen is available all over the UK, online and in countless physical shops.

And I’ve actually always found them helpful if there’s any fault or delay.

If your order hasn’t been shipped, cancel and then order from one of the HUNDREDS of uk stockists

The earrings weren’t available in the U.K., so I stuck with the original order.

Unfortunately sent via ups, with no time slot, and not even signature required.

Just got an email from ups to say it has been delivered when no sign of it.

The whole thing is an expensive disaster.
