My original match was slightly too yellow on my skin, they offered to re match or refund.
I rematched and they sent me a new one which is perfect and told me to keep the other one.
Their customer service is excellent.

And their free gifts are amazing, I got a full size mascara this order.

Agree with everyone else, it's a brilliant product that lasts well. They also seem to send discount codes quite often so you shouldn't pay list price more than once.

Just come back to update - the quiz matches me to ‘fuck I’m flawless’ multi purpose concealer. I got sent a free concealer brush which looks lovely and a free gift of an ink liner.
I have to say I’m astonished how good the colour match is!! It erased my eye bags and stayed there all day. I really can’t fault the product or the service! I assume if I hang back ordering the foundation (which they have already told me which shade….) that they will send me some kind of incentive offer.

Same here, I was intrigued so thought why not and I’m on my second bottle of foundation. Coverage is good and matches really well! They got me hooked from their instagram adverts so hands up to their marketing people haha.

IME the colour match is very good. I didn't like the texture of the foundation at all but I haven't tried the concealer.

I keep seeing the adverts on Instagram and I'm sooooooo tempted but I really don't need another foundation OR concealer!!! Feel like I have a different base for every occasion!!

I didn't think it was anything special and regret buying in to hype and instagram ads to be honest, as it's unlike me, and I think it is quite pricey.

The match was fine (first one was too orange, the replacement they sent was ok and perfectly useable but not the right undertone really). I didn't particularly like the foundation itself, albeit again it is fine but I much prefer my regular options.

Somehow makes me feel a little better that others fared better though.

I didn’t like the foundation I got, it was too pale. I just chalked it up to a bad buy, sounds like I should have tried to swap it! It was pricey as well and the foundation didn’t feel like it was of that quality.

I found that the foundation wouldn't blend and was very cakey.
