Present for SIL - Neom - is this a good buy?

Hi,
I need to buy my SIL a really nice present as she has been wonderful to us this year. I have seen this on the Neom website but I don't know their stuff at all - is it a good buy? Worth adding that it comes with the free hand wash / lotion too for the price.
