I booked a colour analysis online via the HOC website and about a week later had an email from the consultant to say they would send details and to get in touch if any questions. I replied to say I was looking forward to it.
This was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. It's supposed to be next Sat. It still shows as available on their profile and there is nothing under my orders on my account.
Am I being really thick and I was meant to do something? I haven't paid yet but obviously it's a considerable amount of money and it's stressing me out not knowing if it's going ahead as I do have a life to plan, plus travel to get there. I chased them yesterday for details. Is it usual to have waited so long?
