How do you remove the stuff?? I find it a right palaver

I use eye make up remover on a cotton wool pad. You can wash it off with facewash though.

I seem to have to pick each 'tube' off though when I use eye makeup remover

Soak cotton wool in warm water. Place over eyelids. Then just wipe it off. Follow by washing your face as usual.

Warm water in the shower but I have a shower every morning

It's designed to come off with warm water usually.

Warm water on a cotton wool pad. No need for makeup remover.
