Help me find a date night outfit?

DH is taking me out in December for the first time since I had a baby 3 months ago. And actually the last time was ages before that due to lockdown etc!

None of my pre baby nice clothes fit anymore though so I have nothing to wear

Please could someone give me some recommendations for a lovely dress or skirt/top combo? The restaurant is abit posh but not massively.

Oh and I'm short (5ft 3) and pear shaped. Probs 14/16 on the bottom and 12 on the top with zero boob. And not made of money so nothing too speedy/designer

Not sure if that’s a bit £££ though. I have small boobs and decent hips too and after buying two sizes I opted for the large end of my bottom half with this dress. Then the top is nice and loose and drapy and hangs in a way to hide my tummy.
I plan to add some gold jewellery to dress it up
