What are we wearing on Xmas day?

What can I look fabulous in, while also being comfortable? Obviously whatever it is will need to be cut to hide a huge post-dinner bulge.

Anyone up for sharing ideas? I do quite like a couple of the shirt dresses from Girl In Mind but haven’t ordered anything yet. I’m usually more of a ‘jeans and a nice top’ kind of person

I’m considering this. Maybe a bit OTT for a quiet family day, but I can’t remember the last time I had the chance to dress up a bit.

I’m not 100% sure yet but I think I’ll be wearing a pomegranate red blouse with a pie crust collar and a black velvet skirt. Might change my mind though...

Elasticated waist.

Leopard jammies until dinner time. With red festive nail varnish.

Then a leopard dress. With my new slippers.

Obsessed with leopard this year!

We don't have any guests coming this year so we're all wearing our matching Christmas pjs all day.

A chunky rollneck cashmere sweater dress from Joseph with faux leather leggings underneath and Tracey Neuls boots. A.k.a. Operation Keep Warm as I'll be away and staying somewhere much more chilly than I would like!

I would love to dress up on Christmas Day but as I'm cooking it seems a shame to ruin a nice dress with the stench of roasted fat :-(

Black sequin mini skirt, black tights and a black polo neck jumper. Probs a diamond hoop necklace too!

I might go with this- got it about 2-3 years ago from n and willow and still love it.

Get your hair/make up/nails done beforehand, have your outfit ready, then cook. Before serving up, go and get changed!
