Anti wrinkle cream, mid 30s

In the past year (seems like it happened overnight 😧😩) I've developed some lines on my forehead. The rest of my face is ok for now, but I know I need to start using a decent cream. I have combination skin, can get spotty around my period & often seems dehydrated. Any recommendations?

I'd use a hylaraunic acid moisturiser and a good strength retinol serum.
Would you consider Botox? That's the only thing that will get rid of them.

Botox isn't for me, I think I'm going to reinstate my fringe to hide what's there now, but your suggestions are great. Thank you, I'll have a peruse!
