would you wear this with skirts and dresses?

Im a bit clueless about blazers but do like this. It might clash with anything patterned or of a certain colour. But I can see me wearing it with midi skirts and a long khaki scarf.

Im 5'5, blonde, blue eyes, slim.

Very frumpy with a long skirt. Can you wear it with a knee length or shorter one or trousers.

thanks, could do , I have a few mini's but wear long skirts mostly. It might not be a wise investment.

Perhaps I need a longer wool coat, but cant find one I like.
