Quick question on MediK8 retinol

I’m 41 and would like to start using retinol as part of my regular skincare routine. I have no skin issues, combination skin but maybe on the more sensitive end of the spectrum. I’ve heard MediK8 is a good brand but am not sure which product to use. Can anyone recommend the best one for a beginner please?

If you are extremely sensitive then the Medik8 R-retinoate is brilliant, all the results but none of the irritation but it is £££. If just somewhat sensitive then Medik8 Crystal retinal is the best pick, start with the .3 strength, there's also a lower .1 strength but I'm not sure that'll do much and if that's all you're able to tolerate than the Medik8 R-retinoate is going to be the better fit.

Agree with Crystal Retinal, it's brilliant. Never had any irritation with it even at 10. A cheaper alternative for starting out is Indeed Labs.

Great, thank you both!
