Sainsbury's £8 bra sizing?

I normally wear a 34 D and bought this size in the Sainsburys full lace bra that got such a good write up and the back is ok but the cup is too small and have some back fat that could be scooped which would make it even smaller.

Do I need 34DD or should it be 34E , I am not sure which is the next size up - thank you!

DD is the next size up but it sounds like you need 2 cup sizes to 34E.

The 34D is only "just" too small in the cups but its if I scoop then it is quite a bit too small, may try the DD first and then the E.
