Velvet or leather look leggings?

Which ones do you think for this winter?

I prefer the richness of colour that velvet has.

I have always found leather look leggings/jeans etc, unpleasantly sweaty.

Maybe not as dressy as what you want them for, but I've jus ordered some fine cord leggings. They're mainly cotton, so not as sweaty as leather! I also don't like wearing leather leggings and leather boots for some reason. So think these will actually work better for me.

I'd love some velvet leggings too.

Velvet will make you look bigger and then there's the dogs hair, although that might not be an issue for you.

hadn't considered the dog hair. Not an issue for me, but still.

What's the footwear to go with? Chunky boots, dainty boots, trainers or heels?
