Just asking has anyone tried stitch fix?

I've signed up for a first box . I've seen mixed reviews.

Thanks

@Pootle40

Out of interest....is it just me but my daily quiz/shuffle is full of shit. Tie die t shirts, long baggy cardigans......stuff I haven't seen in shops for years. Plus even though winter the suggested outfits are all shorts and sandals 🤷🏻‍♀️
Oh the outfits with shorts really annoy me.

Why are they showing that in winter? I answer no to 99.9% of the shuffles.

I think I’m on my 6th delivery! Some boxes better than others. They are fixated on sending me skinny jeans which is annoying as I’ve said no to them!
However I’m due a box tomorrow and I’ve no idea what it will include as I missed the preview action!
If you want £15 off then here is a code www.stitchfix.co.uk/invite/mgk8jsc5gb?sod=i&som=c

I am 36 and put in my profile I was 26 so that I got nice clothes. When I originally put 36 I was sent clothes that would have aged my nan.

I've had four or five boxes with the odd good thing but the last box was horrendous. They were definitely trying to offload old summer stock. A pink and blue striped cotton sleeveless cotton blouse - it wasn't even nice - in November?? Plus a blue spotted cotton jumpsuit with cropped legs! I was very clear in my feedback that I was not impressed but have had no response. I reckon I'm finished with them now.

By the way, fewer ageist comments like those made by some PPs would be appreciated. There are plenty of women in their 50s, 60s and above who are interested in clothes and still look very stylish.

I agree that there is a LOT of rubbish in the shuffle! Some really hideous stuff.

I've just had my second box and I'm pretty happy with it. I had a lovely top from my first box and I'm currently trying to decide what to keep from my second.

Just had my first box as a birthday present from DH. The preview was rubbish and I rejected everything. Really didn't expect much after that, but opened a box full of lovely things that are absolutely to my taste, all of which I've ended up keeping.

If anyone wants to use my £15 code for their first order, it's www.stitchfix.co.uk/invite/bv95252hps?sod=w&som=c

I’ve just opened my first box. Hmmm.

There’s one jumper I may keep but it’s very similar to stuff I already own so not exactly doing what I wanted which is getting me out of the jeans and jumper rut. I did get two “going out tops” like I asked for, but one is black and one is a loud, bright pattern and I’d said no to both those... Ah well, back to shopping the usual way.

I have a friend who’s loved everything though which is why I tried it.

Toffeewhirl · 20/01/2022 01:23

Oh, that's disappointing, mini.

Zombie thread I know but just tried this and it was pretty dire. Lots of overpriced polyester tat when I had asked for smart workwear, animal and bird prints which I specifically said I didn’t want and no whole outfits.
