We have a very formal wedding to attend and my son (age 5) is very cross that his sister will be wearing a pretty dress and I've said he can't.
Normally I would go with it and his day to day clothing is a mixture of pink, sparkly, rainbows and unicorns leggings and long sleeved tops however this is the kind of occasion where it wouldn't go down well.
So can anyone suggest something appropriate but allowing his own sense of what he likes to be accommodated?
