Mine has got so bad I look preggers by the end of some days. I have become a person that wears joggers/leggings every day. Hate it. 90% of my wardrobe I no longer wear. Its part hormones, and part food intolerance

I'm with you on this one!! I binned my jeans as they were making it worse. I do not work in a "smart" environment so no dress code and wear a lot of dresses, shorter skirts with loose tops or longline hoodies with leggings. I am far from a fashion icon though so am watching this with interest as it really gets to me!

I'm not usually a dress wearing gal but with a bloated tum. I do find an A-line dress a godsend

I still wear jeans but in a larger size. Lottie Drynan on instagram is worth a follow for bloat friendly outfits.

Lottie Drynan on Instagram is all about what to wear with bloating

Looser jeans, straight fit rather than skinny. The Next Lift & Shape ones are great with some stretch in them.

Anything I want!

Find jeans with stretch in them that aren’t super high rise. I had to shop around a lot but I found the perfect pair in the end which just seemed to hold everything in but not pressing on the bits that made it worse and then bought 3 pairs

If you’re interested they’re the Stradivarius mom jean on ASOS

Everything else I found too inflexible or high rise.

Other than that, jumper dresses are good this time of year.

You need to follow Lottie Drynan on Instagram as she gives great advice for this issue 👍🏽

Almost all my waistbands are elasticated - Uniqlo usually has trousers which look smart while having unobtrusively elasticated waistbands. Some high-waisted wide-leg trousers are comfortable and work well for me - it depends on how the fabric sits. Also A-line skirts with relatively high waists. Worn with close-fitting, tucked-in tops in a paler or brighter colour than the bottom half. I like to think they focus attention on the slimmer upper part of my torso, and create the illusion of a narrower waistline above the worst of the bloat.

I sometimes wear drapey silky tops that hang to hip length over narrow trousers.

Dresses which flare out from a high waistline somewhere above my belly button, but not as high as empire line, are the most comfortable thing to wear and the most flattering on me.

Stretchy black trousers woth elasticated waistband from m&s or Lands End, and a patterned tunic on top. The pattern hides the bulge!!

Think the days of me in jeans / fitted dresses are over :(

Thanks for the suggestions. Off to join Instagram to follow Lottie!

It's quite depressing. Wish I could find a cure, anyone got anything recommendations to help with reducing bloating? apart from just eating chicken and salad.... as sadly that works for me :( not that i can ever do it anymore!
