What to wear with loose style jeans?

So.... we have finally come out the other side of the skinny jean fashion and I loved wearing my new boyfriend/mom jeans over summer with trainers/flip flops/sandals etc. But now it's colder, all the boots I have just don't look right with them at all. Any ideas what goes well with them in the boot department?? Thanks

I wear DM monkey boots with mine, and knee-high socks underneath if it is properly freezing.

Chelsea boots would look good.

I wear chunky Chelsea boots. But make sure I don’t have a baggy jumper/top and that is more fitted or tucked in to balance everything out.

Converse high tops

And some regular leather biker boots with the hem of the jean rolled to the top of the boot. Socks to close the gap!
