Hi, can anyone recommend some wellies that won't break the bank but that i can go for walks in without them hurting my feet (c4-5 miles)

Wellies aren't really made for walking long distances.
You'd be better buying a country boot or muck boots. Be around £100 but will be way more comfortable, warm and will last

I agree with PP. Wellies will only be comfortable for a 5 mile walk if you get the expensive ones with cushioned soles etc which cost about £100. If you're spending that you might as well get some leather muck boots like the Toggi ones. Or Goretex walking boots? Wellies are very cold in cold weather and sweaty otherwise.

No idea on budget. But would say, as above, cheap wellies are not good for walking. I walk miles in mine everyday, but I paid about £200 for them.

I walked miles in my Aigle parcours wellies and found them very comfortable (I'd choose them over walking boots). I only changed boots as they kept breaking in the same spot. I now wear muck boots and find them pretty comfy too. It's just dog walking through woods I do though, not actual hikes.
