Fair Isle for bigger bust

I love fair isle jumpers and have been eyeing one in Celtic and Co...but I'm on the curvier side of a 12, only 5"2 and with biggish bust.
Will it look shit - like a busty Christmas elf?
I normally wear v or cowl neck so a higher neck is quite a departure for me!

I think you just need to find the right shape of jumper, and also look at where the pattern falls - consider whether the pattern is too high or too low, what flatters your bust most - the way the pattern is curved/straight, and how much space it occupies on the jumper, can make a difference to how it looks on you. I would only get it if it looks great… I’m still looking for a fairisle that flatters me and isn’t itchy, but am happy to wait to find something that I look great in.

I’m a similar size and desperately wanted a Sarah Lund jumper. I looked decidedly matronly in it.
I do have a v neck fair isle bought from jigsaw years ago which suits me much better.

Or maybe a fairisle cardigan so you could wear a vest top underneath and have the top part undone?
