Long bobbed hair style

I fancy a change with my hairstyle. It's long at the moment but it looks a mess so I'm thinking of going for a long bob, like Mollie King from the Saturdays and Myleen Class. So a couple of questions for you all 😄
Has anyone got this hairstyle? Is it easy to manage can you tie it up easily ( I need to wear my hair up at work)
I love the idea of the beachy waves that this length of hair suits, what type of curling wand would I get for this look?
I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to my hair and tend to hide behind it, it's been long for a few years but lately it's looking a mess, even when I've been to the hairdresser's for its 2cm trim 🤣 so I know it needs a lot taken off and I know my hairdresser will be made up!!!

I do! I always ask the hairdresser to ensure that there is enough to tie up - the ponytail may be small but as long as I can tie up I’m happy. I don’t have a fringe but have an off centre parting and sometimes move the parting a bit so the hair covers my face a bit at the side. I use my ghd’s to curl on occasion for beach wave look.

I really like the style as it’s quick and easy to wash and dry - sometimes I dry to provide volume but sometimes prefer to have it more poker straight.

Go for it. Even if you don’t like it hair grows back! I had my long for ages but have stuck to the long Bob for a few years now as I find the hair too annoying and dead looking when long…

@jjblinks thank you 🥰 I think I would go for no fringe aswell and have the off center parting.
Do you have a slight angle so it's longer at the front or is it all the same length?

I have mine all the same length so that it can look sharp when straightened. I didn’t go for a graduated cut as thought I could add that in time but like it the way it is so haven’t tried the graduated cut.
