What handbag to go with parka or puffer coat?

I need a new everyday bag and I tend to wear parkas or padded coats. What goes with them? Thanks.

Any ideas?

I use a cross body bag.

I use a Roka rucksack for everyday, (it rains a lot round here!) or a leather satchel type bag would look good.

Cross body works for me. Or a back pack for days out.

Cross body bag, lots of variety online..you can get some with patterned straps as well

I use a cross body but when I wear my padded coat the strap does get stuck on the hood…
