Ankle boots for very high instep, that aren't extra wide fit?

Do such shoes exist? I have slim feet, but my annoyingly high instep means most boots are out. It love a pair of Chelsea boots, but I can't get my foot around the corner of any I've tried so far (shops allowing without buying that is). Wide fit shoes are no good as my feet wobble around even with socks, I've tried going a size smaller as well.

Can anyone suggest any?

I have very high insteps and can't wear Chelsea boots either. My ankle boots have a zip on the inside, like this: www.net-a-porter.com/en-gb/shop/product/isabel-marant/shoes/ankle/dicker-suede-ankle-boots/665933301011715 and this:

Or you could try lace-ups?

Don't fancy lace ups, they tend to look odd in the middle. Want something that's easy to pull on, with maybe a zip.
