Its my birthday this week and I want to spend some of my birthday money on statement jewellery and earrings for work.

I like chunky and/or eye catching rather than fine jewellery, but still needing to be statement.

I don't expect to get more than maybe £100 from family, if even that

I suit silver better than gold

TIA

Have you had a browse on Etsy? There can be some mass produced tat but there’s some beautiful stuff on there.

Not sure what your style is but -
Chain with toggle
Silver links
Silver loop earrings
silver disc earrings

Or have a look at Loveness Lee?

I'd like an Alex Monroe Bee or humming bird on a gold chain.

More than £100 though....... :-(

OP, I could have written your post. I was Googling this just last week and came across this site: www.oldchapelgallery.co.uk

There are some great standout pieces. I really like the silver chokers with acrilyic pendants on page two of the necklaces. These are around £80.

Hannah Bedford does lovely stuff, also Sarah Herriot.

I had an earring moment about a month ago and bought quite a few in the exact styles I was after in John Lewis.

They were all less than £20 each and most were silver. One was gold plated but does irritate my ears but I'll wear them as required to match an outfit / occasion.

There's some really nice and unusual individual pieces here. I got my sister something and it's lovely.
