Sezane returns - anyone help?

First purchase from Sezane, need to return unfortunately. I’ve registered via the website and will use the collect plus label. Should there be any returns note / paperwork going back? Parcel arrived with nothing and doesn’t seem to be anything to print off, but as they don’t state it’s paperless I don’t want to assume. Anyone know?

I would assume it's paperless. If you've logged it in your account and use the returns label that's all they need.

From memory I think it’s paperless - I think they have your details from the Collect + label.

It may be like Next where the barcode is unique so they'll know it's your purchase when they process it.

It's paperless. Process a return on line and then use the label (there might be one in the box or you can download one)
